This session will address the scaling up of CHWs as a quick response to the HRH crisis in Africa and will present experiences from various models in different countries.

This session will seek to find answers to what is the optimal CHW model to move to national scale in Africa.

Participants will break into small groups and will be asked to answer the questions below, with particular attention paid to an identified sub-question. Each group will appoint a rapporteur, who will present the recommendations back to the plenary.
